The Align Impact Lab is a one year deep partnership designed for established nonprofit, public, and social impact leaders who are ready to build the organizational infrastructure their mission demands.

Each year, we convene a high-touch cohort of 3–5 organizations for a year of intensive in-person convenings, followed by two years of quarterly coaching and adaptive check-ins. Community voice shapes every phase — from vision to execution. Not just while we're in the room. Long after we're gone.

The result: durable independence. Built in — not borrowed.

The Align Program brings together a small, carefully selected cohort of 3–5 organizations for a three-year partnership unlike anything else in the sector. In the first year, you'll work alongside peers who are navigating the same pressures, held to the same standard, and building toward the same depth of organizational change — while receiving the kind of high-touch, individualized support that transforms how your whole leadership ecosystem thinks, leads, and moves together.

The Align Program is designed for established nonprofit and social impact leaders who are serious about building the internal infrastructure their mission demands. We work with entire leadership ecosystems, not just individuals.

  • -Senior leadership teams who want to build shared clarity, alignment, and ownership — across board, staff, and community

  • -Leaders committed to centering community voice as co-authorship — not consultation — in every strategic decision
